Following these easy steps will make your Hosted PBX installation a snap!
Step 1
Select the hosting plan and telephone service you need
  • Pick a hosting plan for your company
    • You may select a VPS (Virtual Private Server) with VoIPTelCaster
    • You may select your own hosted server versus a VPS
  • Select a calling plan to fit your needs
    • Unlimited local and long distance calling plans per line and per extension in your company
Step 2
Select the telephones you wish to use for your company - See the phones by clicking here
  • Telephones can start as low as $60.00 for a SIP telephone with speaker capabilities
    • We can provide expert advise on which phones work best for your company
    • We use only standard SIP telephones so you won't be locked in on which phones you can use

Provisioning telephones is simple and the company you purchase your telephones from can assist you in the configuration of the sets

Step 3
Keep your existing numbers or port your new numbers over
  • Port your numbers to your new service provider
  • Porting charges may be free or paid depending on the SIP provider and plans selected
Step 4
Configure your hosted PBX
  • You can have a Technology Alignment VAR perform the configuration for you
  • You may use the support services from Technology Alignment or Ubiquity Hosting Solutions

The hosted PBX system is easy to install and operate. You can perform adds, changes and deletes without the assistance of a telephony VAR. You may also setup your own conference rooms, see reports, forward your telephone and more.
